Our company (First 12 years inside Skanska Väst AB) have designed and developed landfill gas extraction plants since 1986. These plants are off to day modern with over all automatic control that meet high technical standard. The gas extraction system is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Control) computer with TCP/IP communication and HTML interface in a OP panel.The facility is easy to operate and needs a minimum of monitoring. Our record shows limited need for spare parts.
The company that was founded October 1998 and took over landfill gas extraction activities from Skanska Väst AB were Magnar Granaas was responsible for design and operation. Since January 2000, our gas plants for the extraction of landfill gas, contracted by MGE-Teknikk AS, this company is owned by MGE-Teknik AB. MGE-Teknik AB has built 70 gas extraction plants, In addition has the company built a number of water heating facilities. We are for the time being upgrading older plants to automatic well control. On these plants, there are new gas wells installed. In addition to the mentioned above, have the companies have been involved in a number of projects in Sweden, Norway and Latvia. We have accumulated a valuable knowledge and experience during the years. We have been responsible for design and building of the Skanska Väst AB plants in the 1990-ties and MGE-Teknik AB afterwards.
